App & eBook License Agreement

Kevin Foley Fonts Version 1.0 — March 15, 2026

1. Parties

This agreement is between Kevin Foley Fonts (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity purchasing this license (“Licensee”).

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to embed the licensed font software in a single application or digital publication (“Title”) as specified at the time of purchase. The license covers all platforms on which the Title is distributed and places no limit on the number of end users.

3. Permitted Uses

Licensee may use the licensed fonts to:

• Embed fonts in a single app for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, or any other platform
• Embed fonts in a single eBook or digital publication in ePub or equivalent format
• Distribute the Title on any number of platforms or app stores

4. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

• Use this license for more than one Title; each additional Title requires a separate license
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or transfer the fonts or this license to any third party
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the font software
• Allow end users to extract or access the font files from the Title
• Use the fonts on a website or domain; a Web license is required for that use

5. Additional Titles

Each additional app or digital publication requires a separate App & eBook license.

6. Generative AI Training

Licensee may not reproduce or otherwise use the licensed font software, or any output of the font software, to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any technology capable of generating text, images, or typographic output — including systems that generate work in the style of the licensed fonts — without the express written permission of Kevin Foley Fonts.

7. Automated and Agentic Use

This license covers use by individual humans operating design software in the normal course of creative work. It does not cover use of the licensed fonts as part of any automated, AI-powered, or agentic system that deploys the fonts programmatically to generate, adapt, resize, or distribute design assets at scale — including brand automation systems, content generation pipelines, and AI design tools that apply the fonts across formats, platforms, or markets without direct human operation of each individual output.

8. Ownership

The font software is the intellectual property of Kevin Foley Fonts. This license grants a right to use the fonts; it does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The font software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Kevin Foley Fonts is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the font software.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
