Trial License Agreement
Kevin Foley Fonts Version 1.0 — March 15, 2026
1. Parties
This agreement is between Kevin Foley Fonts (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity downloading this license (“Licensee”).
2. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the trial font software solely for private evaluation purposes. Trial fonts are provided free of charge.
3. Permitted Uses
Licensee may use the trial fonts to:
- Evaluate the fonts for potential purchase
- Create internal test documents not intended for publication or distribution
- Present font options to a client for approval, provided the work is not delivered, published, or distributed
4. Restrictions
Licensee may not:
- Use the trial fonts in any published or publicly distributed work, including social media posts and portfolio pieces
- Use the trial fonts for any commercial purpose
- Embed the trial fonts in any document, application, or website intended for distribution
- Sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or transfer the fonts or this license to any third party
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the font software
5. Character Set
Trial fonts include a limited character set: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, space, period, comma, and hyphen. They are not suitable for professional or production use.
6. Upgrade
To use the fonts in published or commercial work, a full retail license must be purchased at kevinfoleyfonts.com.
7. Generative AI Training
Licensee may not reproduce or otherwise use the licensed font software, or any output of the font software, to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or any technology capable of generating text, images, or typographic output — including systems that generate work in the style of the licensed fonts — without the express written permission of Kevin Foley Fonts.
8. Automated and Agentic Use
This license covers use by individual humans operating design software in the normal course of creative work. It does not cover use of the licensed fonts as part of any automated, AI-powered, or agentic system that deploys the fonts programmatically to generate, adapt, resize, or distribute design assets at scale — including brand automation systems, content generation pipelines, and AI design tools that apply the fonts across formats, platforms, or markets without direct human operation of each individual output.

9. Ownership
The font software is the intellectual property of Kevin Foley Fonts. This license grants a right to evaluate the fonts; it does not transfer ownership.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The font software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Kevin Foley Fonts is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the font software.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America.
